Yves Hémard relies on a double experience as operator and supplier.

In 1991, he joined the Française des Jeux and was appointed Director of the “ Internationale des Jeux”, the export subsidiary. In less than three years, the group will get a strong foothold in Africa and a joint-venture agreement will be signed with China. Moreover, it will be in charge of the computerization of most German lotteries.

In 1998, Yves Hemard joined the François Charles Oberthur group to run the Sales and Marketing Department of Oberthur Gaming Technologies in Europe.

In 2001, as he was aware of the market demand, Yves Hémard set up Games Marketing Services. He was then in a position to give, in a neutral and independent way, some genuine advice as well as support to the whole operators or parties involved in the lottery field.

Games Marketing Services’ objective is to bring a suitable solution to lotteries’ operators as well as to States organizing games. Thanks to its know-how based on a mixed experience of both operator and supplier, Games Marketing Services is able to have a comprehensive view of the market.
